Requirements:
• Current Illinois License in good standing
• New grads welcome for skilled nursing facilities
• 1 + year experience for home care
Compensation and Benefits:
PT/OT rates
Full Time with benefits starting at 40 with more for experienced therapists and weekends
PRN rates 45 for weekdays and 50 for weekends.
PTA/COTA rates
Full Time with benefits starting at 30 with more for experienced therapists and weekends
PRN rates 35 for weekdays 40 for weekends

I'm curious to know what's being paid to new graduate therapists in the Chicago area? We are seeing much discrepancy in what we see across the board. Can anyone give me an average?
